Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged items or print quality issues. For an item to be eligible for replacement or refund it needs to have arrived damaged or have a quality issue with the actual graphic printing. (We will request images of damage or print quality issues.) Though quality issues are rare, we work closely with our printing partners to quickly correct any issues you may have. In the event of quality issues shipping costs will be covered by Emersion.

Because our apparel and accessories are made to order we can not accept returns/exchanges outside of quality/damage issues. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
In the event of a damaged or otherwise defective item you will have the option for a replacement or refund.
